Children born or before 30th September 2017 will be eligible for admission in Nursery (A. Y. 2020-21)

We, at Children’s Academy, endeavor to keep the admission process simple and transparent.

  • Admission is open to all pupils irrespective of caste or creed.
  • As a rule, children are admitted to the Nursery class.
  • The process of admission for Nursery is usually done in two phases:
    • Admissions for siblings of existing students and children of ex-students usually start soon after Diwali vacation.
    • Admission forms for parents of children who are neither ex-students nor have any siblings in school is usually issued after Christmas vacation.
  • For admission to Nursery, a child should be 3 years of age on 31st July of the school year in which admission is sought.
  • The management reserves to itself, the right of admission.
  • Admission to all other classes will depend on the availability of seats. Parents can register their name of their child six (6) months prior to the start of the academic year. The student will have to appear for an age appropriate test, to determine his/her knowledge level. Admission will not be based on their performance in this test.
  • The admissions will depend on the availability of seats only.
  • Application for registration does not guarantee admission as seats are limited.
  • A copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths (Panchayat / Municipality) is compulsory at the time of admission.
  • Applicants who come from recognized schools are required to bring Leaving Certificate from the last school they have attended. On submission of necessary documents, parents/guardians will be supplied with the school handbook.
  • Admission from unrecognized school shall not be made on the strength of a Leaving certificate. Applicants for admission from unrecognized school shall onsubmission of a notarized affidavit, be subjected to a regular written test in all subjects and admitted to the standard which they are found fit.
  • Admissions of students from other states/other Boards shall be made only if the leaving certificate of the student is counter signed by the inspector of schools in that state /district.
  • A candidate who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official birth certificate such as Municipal or Baptismal Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
  • Section and Shift allotment is entirely at the discretion of the school management.
  • Before securing admission, parents should satisfy themselves, that adequate transport arrangements are available for their wards from their place of residence. Rerouting or extension of bus routes is entirely at the discretion of the school management.
