In the last 50 years, we have placed a lot of emphasis on teacher training and have aimed to constantly update the quality of teaching to ensure we remain in the forefront of education in India. Every newly appointed teacher is acquainted with the teaching methodologies and techniques employed by the school and undergoes an exhaustive training for 3 days.

The first Saturday of each month is dedicated solely to teacher training wherein teachers are trained in the latest teaching methods viz. classroom management, soft-skills, communication, and many such categories.

Head of Research & Innovation (Primary Section)

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) / Curriculum & Instruction (Ph.D. preferred) with 8+ years of experience in education, curriculum design, and pedagogical research.

Strong background in primary grades (1–5) with expertise in NEP/NCF and global best practices.
Skilled in educational research, data-driven strategies, and modern teaching methodologies.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teacher training, instructional coaching, and professional development.

Oversee day-to-day branding needs and documentation.
