In the last 50 years, we have placed a lot of emphasis on teacher training and have aimed to constantly update the quality of teaching to ensure we remain in the forefront of education in India. Every newly appointed teacher is acquainted with the teaching methodologies and techniques employed by the school and undergoes an exhaustive training for 3 days.

The first  Saturday of each month is dedicated solely to teacher training wherein teachers are trained in the latest teaching methods viz. classroom management, soft-skills, communication, and many such categories.

    #1 Curriculum Developer/Content writer

    Looking for a Curriculum Developer / Content Writer for Early Year Program.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Developing modules/lesson plans for the Early Years Program.
    • Plan, organize and conduct training workshops for teachers.
    • Research, assess and review curriculum strands across Early Year Program.
    • Develop procedures for teachers to implement curriculum.

    (Align work schedule with timeline and deadline of content review.)

    Requirements:

    • Post Graduate: Post Graduate – B. Hsc (Human Development) with experience preferred.

    OR

    Graduate with ECCE and minimum (5 years of teaching experience).

    • Good communication skill. Good command over written and spoken English.
    • Should be proficient in MS Office application (Word/ Excel and PPT)
    • Candidate with experience as a content writer/Curriculum developer will be preferred.

    Salary:  Negotiable

    Looking for a Supervisor for the Pre-primary Section.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    • Graduate with ECCE and minimum (5 years of teaching experience).
    • Good communication skill. Good command over written and spoken English.
    • Should be proficient in MS Office application (Word/ Excel and PPT)
    • Candidate with experience as grade coordinator, supervisor will be preferred.
