Fee Structure

  •  Term fee must be paid along with the First and the Third quarter fee.
  •  The fourth quarter fee will have to be paid before 10th of March.
  •  For students of Grade X the fourth quarter fee must be paid before 10th January.
  •  If the fee is not paid by the scheduled date, a late fee of Rs 100/- per week will be levied. When the payments cannot be made on the scheduled date, the student is expected to produce a written note of explanation from his/her parents.
  •  In case a cheque is dishonored, a fine of Rs 200/- will be payable in cash for the first instance and Rs 350/- per cheque for the all subsequent instances.
  •  Any kind of failure to pay fees before the close of the academic year gives the school the right to withhold the result.
  •  The school fee receipt will be uploaded on the Mobile app/e-campus within 10 days of the cheque being cleared. Parents may then take a print of the same.
  •  If the Parent wants the fee statement in any other format, an application has to be submitted to the school office. It will be made available within seven working days. A fee of Rs 25/- will be levied for the same.
  •  A fee of Rs 25/- will be levied for any extract from the General Register.
  •  A student whose conduct or application is unsatisfactory will forfeit any concession in school fee that may have been extended to him / her.

Bus Fee Policy

  •  Bus fee has to be paid quarterly along with the School fee.
  •  A penalty, which is equivalent to three months Bus fee will be levied, if a student opts out of the bus service, during the course of the year.
  •  Grade X student who opts for bus service shall pay fee for the entire academic year. No cancellation will be permitted.
  •  Please note that the student will not be allowed to use the Bus service during the period of the penalty.

Note:

  •  Parents will have to seek written approval from the Section Head before cancellation of Bus service.
  •  Parents will have to submit a copy of approved application to the class teacher.
  •  Parents will have to apply for a new I-card of the student.

Fee Payment Options

  • Parents can pay the school / bus fee by way of Cash, Cheque, Swipe card at POS machine, Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayTM.
  • Kindly follow the steps below to transact seamlessly and with the highest level of security.
  • For Cash Payment :
  • Parents paying by cash will have to deposit the same at any Axis Bank branch. Cash will not be collected at the school.
  • For Cheque Payment :
  • Parents paying by cheque may deposit their cheque at any Axis Bank branch or make the payment at the school using Axis Bank slips provided by the school.
  • It is mandatory to write Challan Identification No. (C.I.N), parents contact number, name of student, grade, division behind the cheque.
  • Please follow steps below to generate C.I.N on CA app:
  • Click on Menu icon (top left corner), Select the tab ‘School Fee
  • Click on Tab ‘Pay Fee
  • You will be directed to Cash/ Cheque tab for creating C.I.N
  • Select the fee you wish to pay. Click on ‘Generate C.I.N’ tab
  • Generated C.I.N will appear in the panel above
  • NOTEAxis bank will not collect fees from 1 st April to 31 st May. Hence, during this period, Parents are required to pay the fee at the school counter only.
  • For Online Payment :
  • Parents can pay fee online on CA app or login to E-campus web-portal.
  • Click on Menu icon (top left corner), Select the tab ‘School Fee
  • Click on Tab ‘Pay Fee
  • Click ‘Pay Online
  • Select the fee you wish to pay
  • Click on ‘Make Payment’ tab
  • You will be directed to the HDFC Payment Gateway for the transaction. Select the mode of payment and fill in the details as required. Click on ‘Pay Now’ button to proceed.
  • Thereafter, please follow the mandatory steps to complete the payment. On successful transaction the payment receipt will be generated. You will be able to view the school receipt on e-campus under ‘My Fees Section’ after ten(10) days.
  • Fee Payment through Credit/Debit Card :
  • School has installed the POS Machine for parents to pay the school fee through Credit / Debit card at the school fee counter.
  • Please Note: An additional transaction cost will be levied as applicable.
  • Fee Payment through PayTM :
  • Note : For transaction of large amounts (above Rs 20,000), UPI and Net Banking are the most preferred modes of payment. This is because debit or credit card may have daily transaction limits as imposed by your respective banks
  • Method 1:
  • Simply scan this QR (Quick Response) code from the Paytm App. Click Pay or Scan code buttons on the Paytm home screen to scan. Select your desired fee type under ‘Fee Payment’ and enter your ‘Enrollment Number’ . Now, click on ‘Proceed’ to pay.
  • Method 2:
  • From your mobile, go to the PayTM App & follow the steps as mentioned below to pay :
  • Open PayTM app and click on ‘More’ to open all the categories in the list. Now, click on ‘Fees‘ under ‘Recharge & Bill Payment’ pay your education fees
  • Under ‘Location’ tab select your institute’s location which is ‘Mumbai, Maharashtra’ and Institute Name’ as ‘Children’s Academy Group of Schools’. Select School under ‘Institute’sArea’ and in ‘Fee Payment’ tab select your desired Fee Type.Now, enter your ‘Enrollment Number’ i.e. Student UID.
  • Click on ‘Proceed’ to pay. Review the details like name, class, fee amount etc.
  • Now click on ‘Proceed’ to pay. Select your preferred payment option, i.e., UPI, NB, DC, CC or Paytm Wallet and pay any amount in one go.
  • Please note that you do not need to first load the Paytm Wallet to pay fees. Directly select the payment option, i.e., UPI, NB, DC, CC or Paytm Wallet
  • You will receive a real-time payment confirmation from Paytm on your registered mobile number and email id (if email has been provided by you in the Paytm profile).
